Daniel Nardiello has stated that his move to Hartlepool United is strictly on a temporary basis.

The 26-year-old made his debut for the Monkey Hangers away at Brighton on Saturday, and despite not opening his account for the League One outfit, made an impressive start to his Victoria Park stay.

However, the former QPR striker has said: ‘I’ve been told there’s nothing permanent.

‘Initially it was just going to be a month but now I’m here until the
end of the season.

‘I went to Blackpool, moved back to Manchester and I have got a lot friends there.

‘I’m settled now and it was just a nightmare start to the football side of things.

‘I’m really glad to come here and I’ve already noticed they’re a great set of lads.

‘They play football which I like so I don’t know what’s going to happen regarding my future.

‘All I can do is my best for Hartlepool.

‘Hopefully I can repay the manager by scoring some goals.’
