Sky Sports have said that Blackpool have signed Middlesborough midfielder Graeme Owens on loan for a month.
The move is with a view to a longer loan deal, but has yet to be confirmed by either club.
Apparently a number of Championship and League One clubs have expressed an interest in Owens, and the 20 year old has been on loan at Chesterfield, although he’s played just four games for them.
Owens – who is Tony Parkes’ firstm signing as caretaker boss – has made one appearance for Boro, in the League Cup, and can play on either wing.
The move puts into doubt ‘Pool’s ability to get Kyel Reid or Adam Hammill back until the end of the season.
