Anthony Taylor will be the man in black for Blackpool’s home game against Doncaster Rovers on Saturday, and he comes with a lucky charm.
Taylor, who has been a football league referee since 2006, has never overseen a Blackpool defeat in his four games involving The Seasiders.
Last season he sent off Coventry’s Kevin Kyle in a 4-0 demolition of The Sky Blues at Bloomfield Road.
‘Pool have also drawn twice to Crystal Palace whilst Taylor has reffereed, home and away.
The Manchester-born official has taken charge of 26 games so far this campaign – dishing out 61 yellow cards and three reds.
