Sky Sports reported this morning that Blackpool had had bids in the region of £1 million rejected for Dundee United duo Gary Kenneth and David Goodwillie.
However, this afternoon, United manager Peter Houston has labelled the reports as ‘rubbish’.
Speaking to the Dundee Evening Telegraph, Houston said:
‘I’ve seen the stories about Goodwillie and Kenneth.
‘All I’ll say is they’re a load of rubbish.’
Meanwhile, our colleagues over at Vital Scunthorpe are reporting that striker Gary Hooper is close to signing for Celtic.
Hooper has been linked with the Seasiders.
